Original Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chicken wings | 4 Pound | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Frank's Louisiana Sauce or Durkee Red Hot | ||
| Cayenne Pepper Sauce | ||
Directions
MAKING
1 At the joint, cut the wings in half.
2 Remove the wing tips, to make 32 pieces and set aside
3 In a large skillet, heat the oil.
4 When oil is sizzling hot, add in the wings, in batches.
5 Brown on one side.
6 Turn and brown the other side, cooking thoroughly, for about 8 to 10 minutes.
7 Drain well on paper towels.
8 In a large bowl, place the wings.
9 Coat the wings with the butter, using a pastry brush.
10 Coat with the hot sauce.
SERVING
11 Serve at once.
