Oriental Turkey-Orange Skillet Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), halved | |
| Green pepper | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Green onion | 1 , diced | |
| Jalapeno pepper | 1 Small, diced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Orange juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked turkey | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Cooked rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 oranges, peeled and sectioned | ||
Directions
Combine mushrooms, green pepper, onion, jalapeno pepper, garlic, juice, soy sauce, and butter in a skillet.
Cover and cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
