Oriental Tuna Recipe

Ingredients
1 can (3-ounces) chow mein noodles
1 can (10 3/4 -ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 cup water
1 can (6 1/2 -ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
1 package (4-ounces) salted cashews, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
Reserve 1/2 can chow mein noodles.
Combine remaining noodles with soup, water, tuna, cashews, celery, onion and soy sauce.
Mix well.
Microwave 8 to 10 minutes on HIGH, or until hot, stirring once.
Top with reserved noodles and let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
