Ingredients
| 10 oz. pkg. cut leaf spinach frozen in butter sauce | ||
| Chicken broth | 10 1/2 Ounce, condensed | |
| Water | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 1 tablespcxin sliced green onions | ||
| Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cook spinach as directed on package.
If desired, chill chicken broth; skim off fat.
In large saucepan, combine chicken broth, water, cornstarch, celery, onions and soy sauce.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
Add spinach in butter sauce.
Heat until very warm but not boiling.
Garnish with additional sliced green onions.
