Oriental Pork Loin Recipe
Ingredients
2 pounds pork loin
1 red and
1 green pepper
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup bouillon
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
1 small can of vegetable juice
Salt
Garlic powder
1 tablespoon mango chutney
2 tablespoons dry white wine
Directions
Cut the meat into strips and the peppers into small pieces.
Brown the curry and paprika in the vegetable oil until pungent.
Add, while stirring in the wok, the flour, bouillon, milk, and cream.
Add the juice, meat, and the diced peppers.
Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add water, if needed, spices, mango and wine.
Serve with almonds and rice.
