1 (8-ounce) jar commercial sweet-and-sour sauce, divided
4 (1/2-inch-thick) pork chops
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges drained
1 large green pepper, cut into strips Hot cooked rice
Directions
Heat 1/4 cup sweet-and-sour sauce in a skillet over medium heat; brown pork chops in sauce on both sides.
Transfer pork chops to a lightly greased 9-inch square baking dish; top with oranges and green pepper.
Pour remaining sweet-and-sour sauce oyer pork chops.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
Serve chops over hot cooked rice.
