Oriental Pork & Cabbage Recipe
Oriental Pork & Cabbage is a delicious side dish recipe which I always love to have. I bet, once you have this, you will always crave for some more.
Ingredients
3 Pork Steaks
1 Medium Cabbage, shredded
1 White Onion
2 to 3 Tsp. Cooking Oil
6 Tbs. Water
9 Tbs. Soy Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 Lb. Mushrooms
Directions
Cut up the pork into bitesize pieces.
Brown pork in oil, add the mushrooms and saute until partially done.
Pour off oil and add shredded cabbage.
Just lay it over the meat.
Slice the onion and lay it over the cabbage.
Add the soy sauce, water, salt and pepper.
Turn down to simmer and cover.
Simmer for about 40 minutes or until the cabbage & onion are tender.
Mix well with the pork and sauce & serve.
