Directions
Cut fish fillets into 4 serving pieces.
Mix soy sauce, ginger and garlic; brush on both sides of fish.
Arrange fish, with thickest parts to outside edges, in square microwavable dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Top with vegetables.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 4 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until fish flakes easily with fork and vegetables are crisp tender, 4 to 5 minutes longer.
