Oriental Dip Recipe

Ingredients
| 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt | ||
| 1/2 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise | ||
| Sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon, toasted | |
| 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground ginger | 11/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and mix well.
Cover mixture and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
