Ingredients

 Meat
 3 tbsp.butter, oil or pork fat
 Long grain rice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Boiling water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green pepper1 To taste, thinly sliced
 1 Ige. onion, chopped
 Celery stalks2 , chopped
 Bouillon cube1
 Soy sauce4 Tablespoon
 Cornstarch3 Tablespoon
 Brown sugar1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 c. chicken bouillon
 1 tsp. Accent
 1 Ige. can pineapple tidbits

Directions

For meat, use pork chops cut in strips, cut up leftover roast or flank steak, cut in strips across the grain.
If using raw meat, brown in melted fat.
Remove fat; add rice.
Season with salt and brown.
Add water and cook over low heat until done.
Add meat, pepper, strips, onion, celery, bouillon cube and 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
Cook until vegetables are crisply tender.
Add mixture of remaining ingredients, adding pineapple chunks last.
Warm on medium heat a few minutes.
Serve with remaining soy sauce.
