Oriental Chicken Rice Recipe
Oriental Chicken Rice has a grand taste. The chilli sauce and sugar gives the Oriental Chicken Rice a two dimensional taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients

| 1 cup shredded cooked chicken | ||
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , sliced | |
| Capsicum | 1 , sliced | |
| Mushrooms | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Hot water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chicken | 1 | |
| Tomato | 1 , chopped | |
| Tomato ketchup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chilli sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Almonds | 1 Tablespoon, sliced (TO GARNISH) | |
| 1 tbsp raisins (sultanas) (fried as in Mutton Biryani - optional) | ||
Directions
Microwave oil with onion, capsicum and mushrooms in the large bowl.
Put all the ingredients except boiled rice, and microwave for 3 minutes.
Mix in the boiled rice and microwave for 3 more minutes.
Let it stand for 5 minutes
