| Canned water chestnuts | 5 Ounce, drained and thinly sliced (1 Can Of 5 Ounce) | |
| Sliced green onion | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Cold water | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Medium, cut into wedges | |
| Chow mein noodles/Hot cooked rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs), warmed |

Directions
Combine cornstarch, water, and soy sauce; stir into chicken mixture.
Cook and stir till mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Add tomato wedges and heat just till hot.
Serve on chow mein noodles or cooked rice.
Pass additional soy sauce, if desired.
Serves 4 or 5.
