| Canned bean sprouts | 8 Ounce, drained | |
| Thinly slices bamboo shoots | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |

Directions
Combine cold water, soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic powder; stir into meat.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in spinach leaves, bean sprouts, and bamboo shoots.
Cover and cook over low heat about 5 minutes or till heated through.
Keep warm.
Prepare one french omelet at a time, filling each omelet with one-third of the meat mixture.
Keep warm in a 325° oven while preparing the remaining omelets.
