Ingredients

 Green onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Bamboo shoots1 8 Ounce, drained
 Mushrooms1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Peas1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
 Cornstarch2 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1/8 Teaspoon
 Celery seeds1/4 Teaspoon
 2 6 1/2 water-packed tuna, oz. cans drained
 Tomato1 , cut into wedges
 Cooked brown rice2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy sauce5 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Saute onions, bamboo shoots, and mushrooms until tender-crisp.
2. Add peas.
3. Combine water, bouillon granules, cornstarch, garlic powder, and celery seeds.
4. Add to vegetables. Simmer 3 minutes or until thickened.
5. Stir in tuna and tomato wedges. Heat through.
