Oriental Tuna Recipe
Ingredients
| Green onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Bamboo shoots | 1 8 Ounce, drained | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Peas | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 tsp. chicken bouillon granules | ||
| Cornstarch | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Celery seeds | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 6 1/2 water-packed tuna, oz. cans drained | ||
| Tomato | 1 , cut into wedges | |
| Cooked brown rice | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 5 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Saute onions, bamboo shoots, and mushrooms until tender-crisp.
2. Add peas.
3. Combine water, bouillon granules, cornstarch, garlic powder, and celery seeds.
4. Add to vegetables. Simmer 3 minutes or until thickened.
5. Stir in tuna and tomato wedges. Heat through.
