Ingredients

 Frozen peas1 20 Ounce, drained
 1 8-ounce can shrimp, lobster or crab
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Mayonnaise3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Curry powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Garlic salt1 To taste
 1/2 cup unsalted cashews
 Chow mein noodles1 5 1/2 Ounce
 Lettuce leaves (garnish)

Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl and toss well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Add cashews and noodles and toss again.
