Oriental Steak Salad Recipe
This Oriental Steak Salad has won, not one, but many hearts when I served this up for a meal during a social event! This beef lion steak and chow mien noodles salad with an abundance of vegetables, irresistibly seasoned with sesame seeds is worth giving a try, at least once. Ingredients
1 package (3 ounces) Oriental flavor instant ramen noodles,uncooked
4 cups water
1 bag (16 ounces) frozen Farm Fresh Mixtures
Cauliflower, Carrots & Snow Pea Pods
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound boneless beef top loin steak, cut into thin strips
1/3 cup Oriental sesame salad dressing
1/4 cup chow mein noodles
Lettuce leaves
Directions
Reserve seasoning packet from noodles.
In large saucepan, bring water to boil.
Add ramen noodles and vegetables; return to boil and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain.
Heat remaining oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef; cook and stir about 8 minutes or until browned.
Stir in reserved seasoning packet until beef is well coated.
In large bowl, toss together beef, vegetables, ramen noodles and salad dressing.
Sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
