Oriental Steak Kabobs Recipe
Oriental steak kebabs are beef kebabs prepared with cubed beef pieces along with vegetables and mushrooms. Marinated with a mix of italian dressing, soy sauce and ginger for flavor, the oriental steak kebabs are grilled to cook.
Ingredients
| Italian dressing | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Green onion | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| 1 pound boneless beef round, cut into 1-inch pieces | ||
| Mushrooms | 12 Large | |
| Broccoli florets | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pepper red | 1 Medium, cut in to chunks | |
Directions
In large shallow baking dish, combine Italian dressing, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and onion.
Add beef and vegetables; turn to coat.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator, stirring occasionally, 4 hours or overnight.
Remove beef and vegetables, re$erving marinade.
Onto large skewers, alternately thread beef with vegetables.
Grill or broil, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade, 10 minutes or until beef is done.
