Ingredients

 1 pound spinach, stems removed, washed, dried and torn into bite-size pieces
 Bean sprouts1 Can (10oz), drained
 Water chestnuts1 Can (10oz), drained
 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced for garnish
 Salad oil1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing)
 Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing)
 Catsup1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing)
 Vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing)
 Worcestershire sauce1 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Soy sauce2 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Onion1 Small, grated (Dressing)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Combine all ingredients for dressing in a jar and shake well.
Pour Dressing over and toss lightly.
Garnish with egg slices.
Makes 6 servings.
