Oriental Spinach Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound spinach, stems removed, washed, dried and torn into bite-size pieces | ||
| Bean sprouts | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Water chestnuts | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced for garnish | ||
| Salad oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing) | |
| Catsup | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing) | |
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon (Dressing) | |
| Onion | 1 Small, grated (Dressing) | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Combine all ingredients for dressing in a jar and shake well.
Pour Dressing over and toss lightly.
Garnish with egg slices.
