Directions
In large saucepan or skillet combine frozen beef mixture, chop suey vegetables, frozen peas, and 1 cup water.
Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Blend together cornstarch, sugar, and ginger; gradually stir in soy sauce and 2 tablespoons water.
Add to beef mixture; cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
