Ingredients

 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 Cold water2 Tablespoon
 Molasses1 Teaspoon
 Cooking oil1 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 1 cup finely chopped cooked pork or beef
 Cabbage1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Shredded carrot1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Shrimp1 4 1/2 Ounce, drained, rinsed

Directions

Blend soy sauce into the cornstarch; stir in water and molasses.
Set aside.
Heat wok over high heat; add oil.
Stir-fry garlic for 30 seconds.
Add pork or beef, cabbage, and carrot; stir-fry 3 minutes.
Stir in shrimp.
Stir soy sauce mixture; stir into wok.
Cook and stir 1 minute, Cool slightly before using.
