Oriental Shrimp And Pork Filling Recipe
Ingredients
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cold water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Molasses | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cooking oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 cup finely chopped cooked pork or beef | ||
| Cabbage | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Shredded carrot | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shrimp | 1 4 1/2 Ounce, drained, rinsed | |
Directions
Blend soy sauce into the cornstarch; stir in water and molasses.
Set aside.
Heat wok over high heat; add oil.
Stir-fry garlic for 30 seconds.
Add pork or beef, cabbage, and carrot; stir-fry 3 minutes.
Stir in shrimp.
Stir soy sauce mixture; stir into wok.
Cook and stir 1 minute, Cool slightly before using.
Set aside.
