Oriental Seafood Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients
| Oriental Seafood Stir-Fry | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice from Concentrate | ||
| Soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mushrooms | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Red bell pepper | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 1 medium onion, cut intowedges | ||
| Pea | 2 Ounce | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 pound imitation crab blend, flaked | ||
| Shredded napa cabbage, hot cooked pasta or rice noodles | ||
Directions
Combine water, ReaLemon brand, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch.
In large skillet, cook and stir mushrooms, red pepper, onion and pea pods in oil until tender-crisp; remove.
Add soy mixture; cook and stir until slightly thickened.
Return vegetables along with crab blend to skillet; heat through.
Serve with shredded Napa cabbage, hot cooked pasta or rice noodles.
Refrigerate leftovers.
