 Oriental Seafood Stir-Fry
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice from Concentrate
 Soy sauce3 Tablespoon
 Brown sugar1 Tablespoon
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 Mushrooms3/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Red bell pepper3/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 1 medium onion, cut intowedges
 Pea2 Ounce
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 1/2 pound imitation crab blend, flaked
 Shredded napa cabbage, hot cooked pasta or rice noodles

Directions

Combine water, ReaLemon brand, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch.
In large skillet, cook and stir mushrooms, red pepper, onion and pea pods in oil until tender-crisp; remove.
Add soy mixture; cook and stir until slightly thickened.
Return vegetables along with crab blend to skillet; heat through.
Serve with shredded Napa cabbage, hot cooked pasta or rice noodles.
Refrigerate leftovers.
