Oriental Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 cup (200 ml) water
1 tablespoon (15 ml) cornstarch
2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
1 tablespoon (15 ml) cider vinegar
Directions
Combine all ingredients and cook in 1-quart (1 liter) saucepan over medium heat until clear and thickened.
