Ingredients

 Glutinous rice1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 6 dried oriental mushrooms
 2 tablespoons Shaohsing rice wine or dry Sherry
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Oyster sauce1 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon yellow bean sauce
 Peanut oil3 Tablespoon
 Peanuts or cashews1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Minced ginger1 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon minced green onion
 Chinese Cabbage1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Chinese sausage1 , thinly sliced
 1 turkey liver or 2 chicken livers, chopped

Directions

Wash rice thoroughly and discard any foreign particles.
Cover with cold water and soak at least 4 hours.
Drain well.
Arrange on thin layer of cheesecloth in steamer.
Set over hot water and steam until rice is cooked, about 45 minutes.
