Oriental Rice Recipe
Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
1/8 teaspoon curry powder
3 cups cooked rice
1/3 cup finely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup finely chopped peanuts or toasted almonds
Directions
Melt butter, add curry powder, and blend.
Combine with rice.
Season with parsley, salt, and chopped peanuts.
Place in casserole or baking pan.
Heat in a moderate oven (350°) for 20 to 25 minutes.
