Oriental Pork Chops Recipe
Have you not tried my Oriental Pork Chops recipe yet? How is that possible? The primary ingredient in this is Pork. I prefer to make Oriental Pork Chops as a Main Dish for all my family get-togethers. I cant believe you still haven't attempted to prepare my Oriental Pork Chops recipe.
Ingredients
6 thin loin pork chops
2 tablespoons butter
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
6 thin slices of lemon
Fresh pepper to taste
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sherry
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon chopped or grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Directions
In 12-inch heavy skillet, brown chops on both sides in 1 tablespoon butter; remove from skillet.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon butter; saute onion, mushrooms, and green pepper.
Remove from skillet.
Return chops to skillet; top with onion, mushrooms, peppers, and sliced lemon.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops.
Cover and cook over medium heat 20-30 minutes or until chops are tender.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon butter; saute onion, mushrooms, and green pepper.
Remove from skillet.
Return chops to skillet; top with onion, mushrooms, peppers, and sliced lemon.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops.
Cover and cook over medium heat 20-30 minutes or until chops are tender.
