Oriental Pea Pods And Spinach Recipe
Ingredients
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cooking oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ginger root | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| 1/2 pound fresh small spinach leaves | ||
| Pea | 6 Ounce, frozen | |
Directions
Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, and sugar; set aside.
Preheat a wok or large skillet over high heat; add cooking oil.
Stir-fry gingerroot in hot oil for 30 seconds.
Add spinach and fresh or frozen pea pods.
If using frozen pea pods, run under cold water to separate before adding to wok; drain.
Stir-fry vegetables about 1 minute or till crisp-tender.
Stir soy mixture; stir into vegetables.
Heat through, tossing gently to mix.
