Oriental Oranges With Yogurt Recipe
Ingredients
| Caster sugar | 30 Gram | |
| Squeezed orange juice | 60 Milliliter | |
| Lime juice | 1 Tablespoon, squeezed | |
| Lime rind | 2 Teaspoon, cut into thin strips | |
| Orange rind | 2 Teaspoon, cut into thin strips | |
| 8 canned pineapple rings in natural juice, drained and halved | ||
| 2 oranges, peeled and segmented | ||
| 125ml low fat natural yogurt | ||
| 4 small bunches of red grapes | ||
| Mint sprigs to decorate | ||
Directions
In a small saucepan, heat the sugar, orange juice and lime juice until simmering.
Add the lime and orange rind, cook for 5 minutes, remove syrup from heat.
Arrange the pineapple and orange segments on each of 4 serving plates and pour a tablespoon of syrup over each serving of fruit.
