 Caster sugar30 Gram
 Squeezed orange juice60 Milliliter
 Lime juice1 Tablespoon, squeezed
 Lime rind2 Teaspoon, cut into thin strips
 Orange rind2 Teaspoon, cut into thin strips
 8 canned pineapple rings in natural juice, drained and halved
 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
 125ml low fat natural yogurt
 4 small bunches of red grapes
 Mint sprigs to decorate

Directions

In a small saucepan, heat the sugar, orange juice and lime juice until simmering.
Add the lime and orange rind, cook for 5 minutes, remove syrup from heat.
Arrange the pineapple and orange segments on each of 4 serving plates and pour a tablespoon of syrup over each serving of fruit.
