Ingredients

 Salad oil2 Tablespoon
 1 1/2 cups cubed pork, cooked
 Rice2 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
 Soy sauce3 Tablespoon
 Dash garlic powder
 Eggs2 , Well beaten
 Lettuce2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded

Directions

Place empty browning dish in oven.
MICROWAVE 4 to 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add oil and cooked pork.
MICROWAVE 2 to 3 MINUTES on HIGH, or until lightly browned, stirring once.
Mix in rice, soy sauce and garlic powder.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 3 to 4 MINUTES on HIGH, or until steaming.
Stir in beaten eggs.
MICROWAVE 1 MINUTE on HIGH, or until eggs are set.
Add shredded lettuce and toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
