Oriental Hash Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 1/2 cups cubed pork, cooked
2 cups rice, cooked
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Dash garlic powder
2 eggs, well beaten
2 cups shredded lettuce
Directions
Place empty browning dish in oven.
MICROWAVE 4 to 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add oil and cooked pork.
MICRO WAVE 2 to 3 MINUTES on HIGH, or until lightly browned, stirring once.Mix in rice, soy sauce and garlic powder.
Cover.
MICRO WAVE 3 to 4 MINUTES on HIGH, or until steaming.
Stir in beaten eggs.
MICROWAVE 1 MINUTE on HIGH, or until eggs are set.
Add shredded lettuce and toss to combine.
MICROWAVE 4 to 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
