Oriental Hamburger With Pea Pods Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground chuck | 1 Pound | |
| 1/2 c. diagonally sliced green onions | ||
| Mushroom | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water chestnuts | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Pea package | 1 , frozen | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Crumble ground chuck into 1 1/2qt. glass casserole.
Add green onions.
Cover and microwave at high setting 4 minutes, or until meat loses its pink color, stirring after 2 minutes.
Pour off excess fat from meat.
Stir in golden mushroom soup, water chestnuts, pea pods, soy sauce, pepper and water.
Cover and microwave at high setting 2 minutes, or until hot.
Add green onions.
