Oriental Ham Tidbits Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup plum or red currant jelly | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 lb. Golden Star Ham by Armour, cut into 3/4-inch cubes | ||
| 1 8-oz. can water chestnuts, drained, cut in half | ||
| 1 green pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks | ||
Directions
In large skillet, combine jelly, lemon juice and cornstarch.
Heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add ham, water chestnuts and green pepper, stirring to coat pieces; heat through.
