Oriental Ham Tidbits Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup plum or red currant jelly
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 Tbs. cornstarch
1 lb. Golden Star Ham by Armour, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 8-oz. can water chestnuts, drained, cut in half
1 green pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
Directions
In large skillet, combine jelly, lemon juice and cornstarch.
Heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add ham, water chestnuts and green pepper, stirring to coat pieces; heat through.
