 Sherry1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Packed brown sugar2 Tablespoon
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon
 Soy sauce3 Tablespoon
 3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
 Catsup3 Tablespoon
 Minced ginger1 Tablespoon
 Green onions2 Small, thinly sliced
 Flank steak 1 1/2 pound

Directions

Combine all ingredients except flank steak in medium bowl.
Pour over steak.
Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven for broiling.
Place flank steak on broiling trivet.
Broil in preheated oven 18 to 22 minutes for rare, 22 to 26 minutes for medium, brushing with marinade several times.
