Oriental Crab And Corn Bisque Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 cups Basic Chinese Chicken or Pork Broth | ||
| Sliced mushrooms | 6 , slivered | |
| White onion | 1 , sliced | |
| 2 cups white cream-style corn | ||
| Sugar, soy sauce and black pepper to taste | ||
| Crab meat | 1 Cup (16 tbs), flaked | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
Directions
Simmer stock, mushrooms and onion, covered, 30 minutes, adding corn last 10 minutes.
Adjust seasonings with sugar, soy and pepper and add crab and reheat.
Bring to slow boil, gradually drizzle in eggs and stir with fork so eggs form long, slender strands.
