Ingredients

 1 packaged 30 cm / 12 in pizza base
 1/4 cup / 60 ml / 2 fl oz thick teriyaki sauce
 2 boneless chicken breast fillets, cooked and sliced
 Mange-tout125 Gram, thinly sliced
 Onions spring4 , sliced
 155 g / 5 oz tofu, chopped
 6 asparagus spears, cut into 5cm/2in pieces
 Coriander/ cilantro3 Tablespoon, chopped
 Sesame seeds3 Tablespoon, toasted
 Sweet chilli sauce2 Tablespoon

Directions

1. Place pizza base on a lightly greased baking tray. Spread base with teriyaki sauce and top with chicken, snow peas (mangetout), spring onions, tofu and asparagus. Sprinkle with coriander (cilantro) and sesame seeds.
2. Drizzle chilli sauce over pizza and bake for 30 minutes or until base is golden and crisp.
