Oriental Chicken Breasts Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup minced celery
1/2 cup minced onion
1 (8 oz) can minced water chestnuts, well drained
1 lb. lean pork sausage
1/4 cup milk
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 Tbsp. Teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2-3 drops hot sauce
6-8 boned chicken breasts
Sesame seeds
Directions
In collander in 2 qt glass dish combine celery, onion, water chestnuts and sausage.
Microwave (high) 4 minutes, stirring once.
Pour off drippings.
Blend with milk, bread crumbs, egg, Teriyaki sauce, ginger and hot sauce.
Flatten chicken breasts.
Divide mixture and spread on chicken.
Roll and secure with toothpick.
Make Sweetened Butter Sauce.
Pour over chicken in 12x8-inch glass pan.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Microwave (high), covered, 25-30 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn and basting halfway through cooking.
Rest, covered, 5 minutes.
Microwave (high) 4 minutes, stirring once.
