Oriental Carrots Recipe

Ingredients
1 small onion, chopped
1 T sesame oil
2 t curry powder
3 c carrots, cooked
2 t cider vinegar
1-1/2 t vege-salt
1/2 c coconut, grated
Directions
Saute onion in oil.
Add curry powder, then carrots, vinegar, and salt.
Cook until carrots are hot.
