Oriental Bean Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon snipped fresh cilantro or parsley
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Dash garlic powder
Dash crushed red pepper
2 cups cooked cut wax or green beans
1 cup fresh bean sprouts
1 medium green or sweet red pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions
In a large mixing bowl stir together lime or lemon juice, soy sauce, cilantro or parsley, sugar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and, if desired, crushed red pepper.
Add cooked wax or green beans, bean sprouts, and green or sweet red pepper; toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
