Organic Yogurt Muffins Recipe
Preparing their favorite Organic Yogurt Muffins is a way of letting my family know that I love them. I never fail to eat Breakfast while dining out and this is the most common dish that I order. Ingredients
2 cups (480 ml) cake flour, preferably organic or 1 3/4 cups (415 ml) all-purpose flour, preferably organic
1/2 tsp (3 ml) salt 2 tsp (10 ml) baking soda
1 cup (240 ml) Organic Yogurt, any flavor
1 beaten egg
Directions
All ingredients should be at room temperature, about 75°F (24°C).
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
Set aside.
Combine yogurt and egg.
Add these to the dry ingredients with a few swift strokes.
Pour the batter into a muffin pan and bake at once for 20-25 minutes.
