Organic Xmas Truffles Recipe Video

Merry Christmas everyone! I had a great recipe for Genmai Zosui ready but with all the great Xmas recipes out there, I felt I would contribute a little something something. These sinful treats are made with all organic ingredients and are super easy to make. So roll up your sleeves and get ready for something seriously decadent. 1. Take a bowl and combine the coconut butter and cocoa powder well with a spoon. To this mixture add jaggery, maca, salt and maple syrup and mix to a dough like consistency.
2. Lightly grease your hands and start rolling the dough into small balls. Add nuts if you like.
3. Coat each ball with hemp seeds by rolling them over the seeds. (You can also roll on cocoa powder instead of hemp seeds)

4. Serve the organic truffles for x'mas or any occasion.
