| Lemon juice | 1 | |
| Basmati rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs), cooked | |
| Turmeric | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cauliflower broccoli | 2 Cup (16 tbs), steamed | |
| Plain non-fat yogurt | 8 Ounce | |
| Cashews | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), toasted | |
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Combine lemon juice, rice and turmeric.
Spread half of the rice in a buttered casserole dish.
Layer with half the vegetables then follow with half the yogurt, cashews and raisins.
Repeat and place in oven for about 30 minutes or until heated through.
