Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl at medium speed until smooth.
Beat in the eggs at low speed until blended.
Gently stir in the quartered cookies.
Pour the cookie mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until center is almost set.
Loosen the cake from the side of the pan.
Let cool before removing rim.
Chill, covered, for 4 to 10 hours.
