Oreo Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pkgs. devil's food cake mix | ||
| Shortening | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream cheese package | 1 (Filling:) | |
| Powdered sugar | 4 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling:) | |
| Eggs | 4 standard (Filling:) | |
| Margarine | 1 (Filling:) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon (Filling:) | |
Directions
Mix cake mix, shortening and eggs.
Roll in balls and place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool.
Filling: Mix filling and spread between two of the baked cookies.
