Oregano And Bread Crumbs Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
| Pepperoni slice | 5 , cut into strips | |

| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |

| 15 mL 1 tbsp margarine | ||
| 50 mL 1/4 cup dry white wine | ||
| 15 mL 1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped | ||
| 75 mL 1/3 cup black olives, chopped | ||
| 50 mL 3 tbsp corn oil | ||
| 500 g 1 lb spaghetti, cooked | ||
| 175 mL 3/4 cup fine bread crumbs | ||
Directions
Melt the margarine in a non-stick frying pan and brown the pepperoni and salami strips, the garlic and the shallots over medium-high heat for 3 minutes.
Add the wine, oregano and olives; reduce by half then add the oil and the pasta.
Mix well until hot, then add the bread crumbs, stirring well.
