Oregano Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatoes | 4 Medium, sliced | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced |
Directions
Place tomatoes in a shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; stir well, and pour over tomatoes.
Cover and chill several hours, stirring once or twice
