Orecchiette Con Broccoli E Pomodoro Recipe
Ingredients

| 600 g/1 1/4 lb broccoli | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Tomato sauce | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 80 Gram, grated | |

Directions
Cook the broccoli and pasta as in the prevous recipe.
Add the broccoli to the pasta for the last 3 minutes cooking.
Drain well and put in a hot serving dish.
Stir well and add the hot tomato sauce.
Stir again, then add the freshly grated cheese.
Mix well together, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve at once.
