Orchard Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 ripe pears, peeled, halved and cored | ||
| Apple Juice | 300 Milliliter | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 red eating apples | ||
| Sultanas | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Put half the pears into a liquidizer with the apple juice; chop the remaining pears and toss in the lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
2. Blend the pears and apple juice together until smooth and pour into a glass bowl; add the chopped pear and lemon juice.
3. Halve, core and finely chop the apples; combine with the pear mixture and add the sultanas.
4. Chill very well and serve in small glass dessert bowls.
