1 box orange jelly powder
1 1/2 cup water
8 litchis
Peel of 3 oranges, grated
Directions
In a bowl, dissolve jelly powder in water.
Roll each litchi in orange peel.
Place into the middle of a dessert cup.
Top with diluted jelly.
Refrigerate until set.
Unmold after dipping bottom of cups 15 seconds in hot water.
