Oranges With Ginger And White Wine Recipe

|Superfine sugar||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Diced candied ginger||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

Cut into thinnest possible julienne.
Wrap peel tightly in foil or plastic and refrigerate.
Peel all oranges, removing the white membrane.
Transfer orange slices to serving bowl.
Combine wine, preserved ginger (with syrup), orange and lemon juices, and sugar in processor or blender and mix using on/off turns until ginger is finely chopped.
Pour over orange slices and toss gently.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (or up to 24).
