Orangeola Bars Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Health Valley Orangeola cereal
1/4 cup Health Valley Sprouts 7 cereal
1/3 cup walnuts, finely ground
2 tsp fresh or dried coconut, grated
Dash ground or grated nutmeg
2 tsp clover honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine cereals, nuts, coconut and nutmeg.
Add honey and vanilla and mix thoroughly (it might be necessary to use your hands to do this).
Then fold in egg whites and allow mixture to stand 2 to 3 minutes.
Spread or press into greased 11 x 6 1/2 x 2 in. (28 x 16.5 x 5 cm) baking pan.
Bake in preheated 275°F (135°C) oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Cut into 20 to 24 bars and transfer immediately to glass or china plate to cool.
