Orange Yogurt Creamsicles Recipe
Ingredients
| 21/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt | ||
| Skim milk | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Orange juice | 1 Can (10oz), frozen | |
| Concentrate, thawed and undiluted | ||
| 16 (3-ounce) paper cups | ||
| Wooden sticks | 16 | |
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir gently with a wire whisk to mix well.
Pour evenly into 16 (3-ounce) paper cups.
Cover tops with aluminum foil, and insert a stick through foil info each cup of yogurt mixture.
Freeze until firm.
