Ingredients

 21/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
 Skim milk1 Can (10oz)
 Orange juice1 Can (10oz), frozen
 Concentrate, thawed and undiluted
 16 (3-ounce) paper cups
 Wooden sticks16

Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir gently with a wire whisk to mix well.
Pour evenly into 16 (3-ounce) paper cups.
Cover tops with aluminum foil, and insert a stick through foil info each cup of yogurt mixture.
Freeze until firm.
